		<description>@phil - I think the underlying problem was more that their business partners likely used spreadsheets for everything.  Whereas ADV may use them for most practical things, they probably found themselves inundated with them for the most ridiculous little things like events planning (instead of using a software package designed for that) or such - don&#039;t hold me to that as I suspect the upper echelons of ADV will not really ever say much more on the topic.

Another possibility not far from the truth probably would be that was just a white lie and politer way of saying there was an extreme difference in business procedure outwith that - meaning one way or another that made life a living nightmare....</description>
